Vivrelle, a luxury membership platform entering a new phase of growth, required a comprehensive brand elevation and digital redesign. The objective was to modernize the identity, refine the user experience, and position the platform as a true cross-section of luxury while driving measurable user growth.

Role: UX/UI Designer and Art Director

Challenge: The existing digital experience lacked a cohesive brand system, scalable UI framework, and a photography approach that fully showcased high-value inventory. The platform needed stronger visual hierarchy, faster rental flows, and a more elevated expression of luxury to support credibility and scale.

Execution: Led the evolution of the brand system and redesigned the web and iOS experiences end-to-end. Refined the brand identity to align founder vision with an elevated luxury framework, using the brand’s signature pink strategically to drive hierarchy and recognition. Completely overhauled the product listing and product detail pages to prioritize large-format imagery, clearer information architecture, and direct-to-cart functionality optimized for high-demand rentals. Redefined the product photography system with a standardized layout, new background plate, and a bag measurement grid system to improve size transparency and reduce rental hesitation. Redesigned the iOS app to create a cohesive cross-platform luxury experience.

Impact: Following the redesign, the platform experienced significant brand and user growth, with total users increasing by over 200 percent during tenure. The elevated experience strengthened brand recognition, increased iOS adoption, and contributed to a more conversion-focused ecosystem.
