Art Direction for Sephora Instagram
Sephora Organic Social content created for Instagram to elevate storytelling across luxe beauty, skincare, and a Disney collaboration with One/Size. The objective was to drive engagement through distinct, category-led art direction while maintaining Sephora’s brand voice.
Role: Art Director
Challenge: The content needed to feel premium and culturally relevant while being executed during COVID lockdown restrictions. Production required fully remote art direction and quick pivots due to last-minute product changes.
Execution: Developed three distinct visual concepts, aligned with merchandising on product selection, and remotely art directed the photographer with real-time guidance on styling, lighting, and composition. Adapted quickly to product swaps to maintain cohesion and impact.
Impact: The posts generated over 40K combined likes, with multiple concepts outperforming average engagement benchmarks at the time.
